John formed Laser Trader in the autumn of 2000, quickly gaining customers through his experience of the laser industry. His expertise was accumulated over 14 years as an engineering manager in a profile cutting company where he was responsible for laser system building, maintenance and management. Today, Laser Trader’s customers benefit from the detailed knowledge and problem solving skills developed during this time.
Joanne Firminger Sales and Accounts Manager
With broad experience of working in industrial engineering environments, Joanne has responsibility for all internal sales and finance administration. She is closely involved with marketing and business development and maintains the used equipment database.
Sue Chambers Office Manager
Sue recently joined the team and comes from a background of finance, she has responsibility for the smooth running of the office, preparing quotations, replenishing the stock and despatching parts to our customers.
